Shipping Rates & Times

Standard Shipping: NZ$10.00 (3-5 business days)
Free Shipping: Orders over NZ$50
Express Shipping: NZ$12.00 (1-2 business days)

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Our 30-Day Guarantee

We want you to love your Prairie Pure products. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

1. Contact us at shop@prairiepure.nz to initiate a return
2. We'll provide you with return instructions
3. Ship the product back to us in its original packaging
4. Once received, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Return Conditions

Products must be unused and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
