30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, products must:
• Be unused and in original condition
• Be in original packaging
• Be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund:
1. Contact us at shop@prariepure.nz with your order number
2. Explain the reason for your return
3. We'll provide return shipping instructions
4. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned product, we will:
• Inspect the product to ensure it meets our return conditions
• Process your refund within 5-7 business days
• Issue the refund to your original payment method
Please note: It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The product is defective or damaged
• We sent the wrong product
• There was an error with your order
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange products for a different item. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we'll guide you through the process.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
• Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
• We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
• You will not be charged for return shipping
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Products that have been opened or used
• Products returned after 30 days
• Gift cards or promotional items
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the processing period:
